1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This website, found at www.klofiecrew.co.za (“the Website”), is owned and operated by Klofie Crew.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ordering, sale, and delivery of goods, and the use of the Website.
1.3. By using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. REGISTRATION AND USE
2.1. Only persons with the legal capacity to conclude a binding contract may transact on this Website.
2.2. You agree that your login details (if applicable) shall be used for personal use only and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
3. SALE OF MERCHANDISE
3.1. Product Images: We make every effort to display the colours and textiles of our merchandise accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
3.2. Placing an Order: An agreement of sale only comes into effect once payment has been received as cleared and available funds in our designated bank account, and Klofie Crew has processed the order.
3.3. Pricing: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), and is inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Klofie Crew delivers goods within the Republic of South Africa.
4.2. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver to the physical address provided. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the user.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT)
5.1. Cooling-off Period: In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel any purchase within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
5.2. Defective Goods: If a product is defective, you must notify us within 6 months of delivery, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
5.3. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., swimwear or underwear) may not be returned once the packaging is opened, unless defective.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All content on this Website, including designs, logos, and slogans, is the intellectual property of Klofie Crew. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
6.2 The use the logo, colours, get-up and related items of Vredekloof Primary School, is with the permission of the School.
